Unhooked: An electrical device keeps sharks away from fishing lines

More than 30% of shark and ray species are on the verge of extinction, mainly because they are accidentally caught by fishermen targeting tuna and other commercially valuable species. A new device could help keep some of these endangered species off the hook.
